FYI, that is how my B411 came from the factory. Port 120VAC receptacles are inverter supplied, starboard are shore. There is a disconnect switch as well as a handy inverter standby/on switch. Inverters have a parasitic draw in standby.What I did on a previous boat wrt an inverter was to break the interconnect tabs on the 120V outlets that I wanted inverter power to and route some separate wiring to these isolated outlets. I didn't need inverter power to all outlets and didn't need shore power to all double outlets. No transfer switch etc..
PO added a 5.5 kW genset, and I have little use for 120VAC outlets, so the inverter is going over the side and all the outlets will feed from the ship/shore AC breaker (and genset).
