Can anyone suggest a source for a set of fold up wheels for assisting to move an inflatable on land

Depends on what your needs are.

If you are launching from a paved ramp these will work fine. But if you are going to be using the wheels for launching from a beach in sand or gravel, you'll want the big wheels.
