I am looking to buy a lancer 39 motorsailer.
need help in finding the right Marine Survey person.
the boat is on the hard for the last two years and is about 20 from water.
and no battery. Both engine and tran have been rebuild in the last year.
I have already look at boat does need a lot of TLC but from what I can tell no water marks or dry rot. but need to test onboard sys I am lost. I have already call few persons but not much luck in finding someone who has done a few surveys on a lancer. from what the owner say is all its need is battery and bottom paint job. anyone knows a good marine survey in SoCal area.
