Lake Superior Ice Caves

What a sight to see, Apostle Islands ice caves. The photo's are outstanding. I have heard of the islands from other posters, but never imagined this.

A photo from Sand Island in the summer when the water is a bit softer. Some of the caves are quite large. One time we were sailing close along the shore of Stockton Island and a 17-18 foot powerboat pulled out from one of the caves.
