The Wilson Yacht Club offers slips to its members. No boats over 30ft. Membership and slip is around $600 a year. I don 't know if they have any openings. I do know they are not a club w/restaurant. They do have beer/wine on the honor system. Not much social activity around the club. Northerly winds will cause a surge so the boats move around a bit in those conditions.
Olcott has the Town of Newfane Marina which has full amenities (not sure about water). It will run about $45 a foot.
Also in Olcott is McDonough Marine where I berth because the Town marina has a 30 foot limit. McDonough lacks water and clean bathrooms.
Olcott YC offers a very active social network, reasonable winter storage rates, free pumpouts for members, and use of docks when you're with your boat. The club only has 4 permanent slips which are taken now so the rest of us go to the two other marinasn which are well protected.
I belong OYC and really like the club, which is active and has a restaurant and full service bar. I can give you more info on all this if you want to email me.
I almost forgot Youngstown where pretty much all boats are on moorings in the river. Shuttle service is provided. One advantage of the river is that if the lake is rough one can sail the river.
Another 25 or so miles to the East is Oak Orchard. I have only overnighted there so don't have a lot of info. There are some private slips and there is a yacht club.
