Too bad my Richardson Chartbooks are so far away in NC. But I see one on E-Bay for $55. I think that is retail. Try to find a cruising guide. I see a used one on Amazon for $16.00. Also check this website: http://www.thelakeerieguide.com/destinations/ . I like Ross' free printable chart suggestion too.

Where are you sailing from or are you trailering? Either way Harbor North marina on the Huron River is a friendly port. Or you can tie up and party at the basin there. They can launch your trailerable there also. Then you will want to check out the Vermilion River to your east and the islands to your west. Try to get into Put-In-Bay during the week. Then there is Sandusky Bay. Stay a night at the Cedar Point marina and a day at the park.

Great place to sail and I really miss it.

Ross must be going nuts, but

Thanks Ross. I was just thinking of taking THE trip again, from Cleveland to Ft. Myers Beach. Or maybe the Keys. I'm getting sick of Cleveland.
I googled the charts on the NOAA site and downloaded a few of them. It's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Hard to google stuff.

Letterman, The economy stinks, I have work to do at home

and time to waste, so I just do the heavy lifting for others. It keeps me off the streets and out of the pool halls. ;D

Bogdan,

No charts to share, but here's a pic of Huron that Ed mentioned earlier. The charts Ross provided are good for the area.
