We hope to come down soon! I'll have to trust that Richie did a good job. Senior called to ask if I wanted to wax before they did the bottom paint. I told him I'd pass this year and just put her in a slip after the paint is done. I won't get to see the bottom this summer until I dive under the hull, I guess
We've been totally involved for about the past 3 months in buying a new home and selling our house in Lake Hopatcong. Just a few more weekends and we'll be completely free from house projects. Just this week we moved into our new townhouse in Panther Valley, which is in Allamuchy Township. We're actually farther out, now, in the mountains where Sue likes it. This is down-sizing for us and frees us almost entirely from house confinement, which we have suffered with for a bit too long. It feels like freedom now! If we are in a slip now, I think I'll come down on Sunday or Monday. We're not quite done yet with the projects we had after the home inspection on our house. The closing is in a few weeks. It is strange owning a big empty house now.
