would like to keep this onboard, maybe strapped to the mast base, will this hold my 146? This vinyl coated fluke anchor only weighs 1-3/4 pounds, but is perfect for PWC's, small boats, canoes, inflatables and float tubes. 25 feet of marine-grade rope and a sturdy nylon storage case are included....I would like to have it just incase I want to pull up to a beach and hang out..i keep the boat in water at a dock...

I have one that is like that with the exception of the vinyl coating. It wouldn't hold my 170, so I bought a bigger danforth style anchor. It might be alright for a 146. I had 50' on mine and was using it in about 12' of water. I didn't have any chain on it, but that might help. Jerry
