Phil, you have a guy named David in your store. I had a great discussion with him earlier today, and I wound up ordering some bimini top fittings based on our collective best guess. David just called me back saying he had one of the fittings in hand and the labels didn't make sense. He asked my permission to send the other items and to further investigate the suspect items. Absolutely Incredible customer serivce. Thank You for running such a great store! Please thank him for me!!. :):dance:

My last order was sent in incomplete, (ID-10-T error) I was able to complete my order and David and I talked about two items that might be sent separately. But David found one of the items so my order arrived in only two shipments instead of three.

BTW, I received my second package yesterday from SBO and my new mainsail halyard is exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to run it up the mainmast and see who salutes it. :) THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
