In discussing a recent article about how certain charities benefit veterans, and some that do not, Jerry Powlas, co-founder and Tech Editor of "Good Old Boat," sent me this item which I think is worth posting: "We don't collect any money from others, and we offer active duty personnel a free sub if they are in a combat zone or deployed in support of a combat zone. We offer paid subscribers that are deployed to a combat zone or in support of a combat zone one copy sent to them deployed and another sent to their home." Pretty nice gesture....
