Recently my Magellan Meridan GPS quit working. I went to Magellan web sight for assistances. Their service department responded the same day to my email request for help with suggestions to “reboot” it that didn’t help. I was instructed to send the unit with the email to the service department. I was amazed to have it returned in perfect working order within a week. I have NO affiliation with Magellan I just wanted to sound off for exemplary service.Bob NobleSV Miss Lisa
