Kudos to Forespar

With all the gripes that often are posted, I would like to share my recent experience with Forespar.

I called the company to get confirmation on the correct part number for an end fitting for whisker pole before ordering. The gentleman said, "Just give me your name and address and I will mail it to you." No billing info, nothing. I thanked him profusely, as I was not expecting something for nothing. Yesterday I recieved a complete end fitting kit (not just the end I needed), including epoxy!

I feel this bought them more than the cost of the kit. I will do business with them, and felt compelled to relay this info for the benefit of others.

I had the same thing happen. I called to order the spring and slide assembley inside the end piece on my line control whisker pole. The gentleman at the other end was quick to identify the correct parts, took my name and number and mailed them too me. What a great way to get repeat customers. Kudos to Forespar.

Never had a problem with anything I have bought from them. All top quality. Right up there with Garhauer in my book.
