I have the standard 3'-6' Extend-a-brush handle that no longer locks. I just called Starbrite and asked about the warranty as it was not listed on the info that came with the handle. The response was that it carries a lifetime warranty. They said as long as I am alive they will warranty the product.
I could either take it back to West Marine or they would send me one. I thought about the kids at WM and having them look-up an old receipt and relayed this info to the Starbrite rep Bill. He said no worries, he would prefer to just send me one.
He asked me to describe the handle and then told me that they don't make that exact model anymore but do have one that has an upgraded handle.
Shipped out today.
