Hello Again gang. you folks have been very helpful with the answersto my questions on my H25.5. Mr vance was extremely helpful on the placement of the bilge pump exit(hope I never need it) but I have come up with another question. I have what appears to be a dual knott meter water temp probe and a dual dept finder probe both in the bow in front of the keel one set has wires running to the gages in the cockpit outside and one set have the wires rolled up on the floor in the bow both appear to be factory installed. Is it possible that two were installed so there would be a set for the inside of the cabin. any thoughts would be helpful Thanks from "MIC" with "sweetie and me II"

Doubles?

Hi Mic, Installing double transducer/impellers would have had to be a special order item or perhaps, were professionally installed by a dealer. The only good reason I can think of for this extra expense on a boat of this size is as a backup in case the primary transducer became fouled or damaged, then the instruments could be connected to the duplicate without having to haul the boat for repairs. Do the cockpit instruments work? Dick Vance H-25.5 "Honey Bear"

Knott meters

Hello Again Dick. There are not any gages in the cabin but the gages in the cockpit work except for the knott meter which has the wheel missing I think that I will hook up the other wireing,as it is just rolled up on the floor under the "v" birth, and try it. Beter yet do you know where I can locate a wheel for the broken one? it is a signet Q106 onott meter with a temp sensor. thanks again for your help "MIC"
