Paul, I purchased and installed a 3 bladed feathering Kiwi Prop on my Legend 35.5 about 5 years ago. I have experienced improved performance both under sail and under power. The blades are made of a highly durable composite material. The prop is easy to adjust and easy to maintain, and is lighter in weight and offers less vibration than the fixed prop it replaced. I have no experience with other feathering props for comparison, but I have been extremely pleased with the Kiwi Prop. I believe it is a good value and I will not hesitate to put one on my next boat.
