Kitchen Cabinet Assembly - Removal

I have to install a repaired Universal XP25 in my Catalina 30. Can anyone help with instructions on how to remove the kitchen cabinet assembly. I thing there was a posting on this subject in 2003, 0r 2004

Disconnect all plumbing, sink drains, water supply, exhaust hose,etc. Remove all screws under sink, below cabinet doors, and inside the sliding storage shelves. When I did it this summer I remember counting 17 screws... Hope this helps.
