Recently there has been a few messages about good service from companies and I mentioned that I had had a little problem with Kenyon. As it turned out there was a communication problem between our Hunter agent in Aust and Kenyon.You know Beth Cerny from Kenyon in the states came in on the story and even took the trouble to contact me by phone. Guess what? A new stove was shipped staight away to me. The time frame for shipping I thought would be about 4-6 weeks but to my suprise it arrived in just 5 days. Not bad for one side of the world to the other.Customer service? "Outstanding" We could learn a lot from customer service offered in the states compared to Australia. Perhaps its because we are such a lay back mob.
