kenyon alcohol stove

I bought a 1980 Hunter that has an alcohol stove. I didn't receive a manual on the stove and was wondering if anyone has one or knows where to get one. The problem i'm having is that I can't get the right top burner to work. I think there must be something to clean, but, I have no idea where to begin. I would appreciate any help.

No manual, but....
