Keith,

No problem reaching nuts on bolts on 26 with correct tools.

Go to Sears to tool department. Get rachet set then select set of extensions and flex adapters. Get long sockets.

Worth investment in good tools. Do not use over water.

However, I cannot imagine using these tools on patient in hospital, so these are for metal nuts.

I don't know about that. I bet I could konk one or two on the head every now and then!
