Someday I have to learn to sew. I got my foam fromhttp://www.knoxfoam.com. They have quite a variety and lots of sales. The foam I used is a little on the stiff side. I don't mind it but some may thing it too hard for comfort. There are softer closed cell foams but they wern't the ones on sale when I was making mine.
