Keep an eye open for ripped-off engine (Cal-Nev)

I would like everyone to keep their eyes open (especially in the Northern California, Nevada, Reno, Tahoe, area) for anyone trying to sell a near new 2005 Nissan 18hp. long shaft, electric/hand start outboard (not real common), with scratch markings on the upper shaft coweling. This engine was taken from S/V Zeno's Arrow over the weekend in Carson City, NV. In the process of cutting the bolts & locks the transom was trashed quite a bit. Any help looking out for any 'unusual' sale offers would be great. Maddmike

Ross, they use them as weed wackers. Just kidding. What size is the vessel, it looks like an 18HP transom mounted is a bit of an overkill. It must also weigh quite a bit.
