We just pulled our 1995 29.5 out of storage. We had sanded and painted the hull last year with West Marine Pro. There was an fresh-appearing oily residue, somewhat viscous at the joint between the bulb and the keel on both sides. It almost looked like an area where water dripped on it but it was more like oil and was about 6 inches long. Any ideas?
