I've been restoring an 88' seaward fox 17 and started working on the keel. Didn't notice when I purchased but upon closer inspection I noticed a few cracks in the bottom paint. The keel was previously repaired. I would've gone a different route with the originally. It looks like the repair was only glassed over and bottom paint was placed over it.
From the pics attached does this look like it's just the rebar or are these possibly the keel bolts? There isn't much on the interwebs about the length of the bolts or how many are going into the keel I've only found 2 exposed ones and don't want to cut the inner shell to find the others if there are anymore. Anyone know how many and the length of the bolts?
