Keel Oceanis 361

Hi

I think about buying a Oceanis 361 and have a question regarding keel fixation and bilge.

Does somebody have a drawing of photo of the keel / hull fixation? What dimension has this section? How long are the keel bolts and which diameter?

I have a 351 ,the 361 was the replacement , my bolts are M20 x 90 mm. They were 8.8 and I upgraded them to 10.9 when I changed them out. I also made new heavy duty backing washers out of stainless actually joining 2 bolts together with 1 plate and welding boxed gussets around the plate so they cannot bend spreading the load over a larger area and so water in bilge cannot get to bolts unless it goes over 1.250 inches

how deep is such a bilge hole? I am wondering how thick this section is.
If the bolts are 90mm and this bilge hole on my photo ist 40mm plus 30mm hull, then the bolts would go only 20mm into the iron keel!?

I really do not understand the construction...

Take a look at this vid at time stamp 4:30 thru to 4: 45 and you will see a pocket in the keel.

This vid is from a Beneteau 49 but the construction is Bene typical.
This vid shows the grid exposed and the bilge pocket exposed before keel removal.

This vid shows the bilge box construction.

Dear Mark,
I myself have an Oceanis 361 with a swing keel. Some time ago I asked the design bureau Berret-Racoupeau for information about the keel construction and they sent me an autocad drawing. A PDF printout of this drawing is attached. The principle is the same, but with more bolts.
