Keel Konsiderations Hunter 27 1978

I was under the impression the keels on these boats were made of steel... but I have drilled into lead... are they filled? thank you

To the best of my knowledge, all of the Cherubini Hunter keels are lead. Come to think of it, I have never heard of an iron or steel keel on a Hunter.

Cherubinis were lead.

David is correct, all the Cherubinis have lead keels. But there were some years/models that were iron. I think the popular H34 was iron. When shopping always have your trusty magnet.
