Keel dimensions and pictures needed

I have a Tempest that is missing its keel. I am looking for a Tempest in the Rhode Island area that is hauled out so I can take some pictures and measurements so that I can fabricate one. I have had no luck in locating drawings and detailed specifications. Thanks, Johnjohn_warfel@bi.k12.ri.us
