Hi, I have a new to me 67 mariner 19ft fixed keel. Last week when I picked up the boat there was water in the cabin. I jacked up the trailer, put it on blocks to drain the water, then covered the boat for the winter. Yesterday I noticed rusty water marks around the keel seam, I'm thinking water seeped through when it was draining. I'm hoping to find the torque specs for the bolts. Next, do I need to drop the keel enough to clean and re-caulk, or re-torquing and notching out the bad spots about 3/16 inch then applying polyurethane adhesive might work?
