If you are in The Pass Proper, you mean 30 feet, don't you? I've been wondering how the folks listed on the Oday site as MS coast owners fared, as well as their boats. Been thinking about suggesting a boat-in at Petit Bois or Ship in May or June. I can't really believe it still, but I can actually take a boat out there: my 22ft Oday survived in one of the Shoreline Park back canals. Long lined it off a stury-looking pine before I bolted on Sunday the 28th. One of the very few boats that weren't in the tree tops, one someone's car, etc etc. Thirty feet of water, 150mph winds. Sure wish I had some video of the poor gal. Or maybe not. Pax. David

Hey David We live in the the Bay but I kept the boat in the Pass. Not sure where I am gonna keep her now. No I meant three ft. of watre came through our house. We are at 25' elev. I had the boat up a canal in Diamondhead. It ened up at an intersection. Just waited for my new mast and I would like to hook up at Cat, Ship or wherever. I was thinking of a trip to Fla. about that time. Anyway. Glad to hear you made out okay. We are now in the rebuild process on the house.
