Well, when it came down to crunch mode, the owner couldn't meet his deadlines for gear being refreshed and returned to the boat in time. We could've made it by working straight through but the pressure is now off.
Now we have paint on the boat and the non skid is applied (even with the extra work up top) but no picutes of topside this thread. The bottom is done and all of the glass and wood repairs completed. The mast is now repaired and primed, no pics of it this time either.
All that's left is the varnish schedule and mast paint. Here are some photos of some of the progress.
The decks had to be stripped to glass as they were plumb nasty.
The mast needed several repairs. Here's Chris shaping a Dutchman with that old drawknife.
The bottom is done. This is how WE dress a 50 year old prop.
The colors on the boat are a custom Aqua (better than the Avacado she launched in) and a Light Gray.
