Engine movement has a lot to do with strain on the entire system. Make sure your mounts are good. If not, only use the OEM mounts to replace as others are not as robust. Also keep the idling down to a minimum, major cause of induced vibration.
I installed a flexible coupling to help with isolating engine movement. When you are motoring hard into steep chop, go below and see how much you engine moves around, and then realize yep I got my engine alignment down to ".003" well I got mine to "Spot On", even with new mounts you can bet your engine is moving around more than that!!
