Just committed to a "new boat"

Just made the deal on a '84 25.5 Hunter. Needs some cleaning but nothing structural. She has a 9.9 Honda motor that needs some attention, otherwise she is ready to sail. Came with 4 months worth of slip rental in a marina that is 30 miles from my home.

Lucky you! I wasn't familiar with that boat but I checked out the specs and some pictures. I'm sure you'll have a blast with it.

Thank you! It came down to that boat or a 20' O'Day. The O'Day is on a trailer but my Honda CRV would not be able to handle it at the dock so the Hunter is perfect.
