I just want to thank everyone who has responded to questions I have asked. Seriously this is an invaluable tool for me. I'm new to sailing and to sailboats, and I've gotten some great answers to questions on here. Anyways just wanted to say thanks to those who have responded and helped me out.

This is a great place for getting ideas and questions answered. it is also fun to help out someone who may be dealing with a problem we have already encountered. If you got a passion, it is fun to talk about and forums like this make it possible.

Sometimes we can be too "hard" in replying

to questions, but we've been working to provide links and resources as connections for everyone, rather than retyping and reinventing the wheel.

Basics or details, that's what I really like about this group of questioners, respondents and lurkers alike.

I've learned a lot from following the interesting variety of questions and situations, and enjoy the contact of the "community."
