A friend that I sail with and just like to listen to gave me a Johnson Miniscow built by Johnson Boat Works with it's trailer. I know that Johnson Boat Works built some great boats including the boats used in the Atlanta Olympics. This 12 footer is damn nice but needs a good pressure washing. I need to get a new main sheet and that is it. It is a complete boat with a main sail and mast up sitting at our club. Anyone know anywhere to get a size on the sheet? I may call White Bear Boat Works as they bought out the Johnson line.
This is the exact model I have. I did not have a camera with me when I was next to the boat when he gave it to me.
I already told my 4 year old that this is his boat, I may have to borrow it from him on those afternoons after school that you only have an hour to get in a sail. His hand will be on the tiller most of the time. Three sailboats now (25', 10' dinghy, 12' scow) there is a special sickness to sailing.
Any info appreciated.
