...is once again connected to Hunter. Jim struck out on his own after a stint at Hunter to open his own brokerage, Sailboats, Inc. in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles, CA. He represented Beneteau and evidently picked up Hunter after H&S closed their doors. I picked this up from Lats and Atts magazine. Best of luck to him.

Fantastic! I was hoping that would happen! You have to give Jim props for outlasting H&S.

Amazing! I am remembering all the discussions we used to have. He sure knew a lot about our boats. And being born in 1942 I am not even an "old timer". Great to hear he is back in the Hunter business.

As a dealer...

Jim was extremely knowledgeable in helping me solve a very significant customer problem as well as a number of small ones. Glad to hear of him doing well!

Its great to see his name mentioned on this website again, hope he will have time and interest to possibly participate in some future discussions. Always a great, reliable source of information.
