I have a 240. I usually go sailing alone. Out by myself I seldom put the jib up 'cause I don't like to hassle with trimming it. Is there anyway to make it self-tending?

Cleats are the problem
I bet the problem is the cleats, that is why I installed the spinlocks, makes trimming easy.
