The rating rules the differentiate between the two (IRC, ORC, etc) make the break at 110%. Also, right around 110% is where your headsail clew will start to overlap the luff of your mainsail.

I have seen a 135 and 150 genoas on a Capri 22. I was a dealer for that boat as well.
