Jib Lead Track; Rebed

I would like to remove and rebed my jib sheet lead tracks. What are the magic words that allow me access to the bolts below deck. Please don't tell me the words are "hole-saw". I am assumming the tracks are held by machine screws and bolts; not wood screws. If I have to machine-gun my cabin top I will do it such that a pleasing cosmetic plug can be fitted. A stainless steel KO (knock-out) seal comes to mind; or perhaps wine corks.My boat is an 84' and I intend to rebed everything on deck this spring. I will let you 40 owners out there know what I missed next winter.

finding leaks

Hi Gary, Here's an idea that I plan to try someday for finding leaks in my H-40.Seal off all vents , hatches etc. withduct tape. Suds the deck area completely with very soapy water.  Start the leaf blower that you borrowed from the obnoxious neighborfor the day. Put the end in the partialy opend hatch sealed off witha blnket or whatever. Look for bubbles. this is somebody elses ideabut I thought it was a great one.

I posted that solution 'bout a year ago to someone who had mysterious deck leaks. Be sure to seal vents, etc. You'll also have better luck if you fabricate a cheapo hatch board out of ply wood, cut a round hole in it for the air pressure in. I don't think a blanket will keet that large an area air tite.
