Jib/Genoa car track ID Stand up block

I want to buy new cars for my Jib track.
What is the difference between cars not specified, and cars specified as "T Track"?

I think i measured 3/4" width across the top of my track on the 222. Can a 222 owner confirm their jib car size? Mine is an '84 the first year with Damco Dwyer Spars

Looks like the original style shaeffer brand is about $120, with the same style white plastic(delrin?) roller. My rollers (sheaves) are wearing on the edges, where the roller is basically going away from being too brittle.

Is there a stand up block i could install on my car? Its riveted from the factory onto the car.

I drilled out the rivited sheave shaft on my shaeffer stand-up blocks and found replacement sheaves.

One suggestion for you to consider:

Garhauer

Betcha they make 3/4" track lead cars. I replaced my stand up blocks with lower profile ones. Easy to slide on, no concerns about hitting the cabin sides.

Measure carefully and call Garhauer before you order. On my O'day 25 Garhauer did not have a car to fit the Schaffer T track. I bought one that was close because I was using it for a fairlead for my furling line. It was loose on the track so I don't think I would use if for jib tracks.
I always go to Garhauer first.

Give Rudy a call at D&R Marine (508) 644-3001 Rudy was Parts Dept. Manager at O'DAY from 1973-89 and now runs a little "Mom & Pop" shop selling O'DAY parts, he is also a Garhauer Dealer. He will know the correct answer for your 222.

They list 1" cars with blocks for $50 each. Give Guido a call and I bet they can make 3/4" ones.
