I agree with Dave.
The 2 track system is designed for the boat that is seeking maximum sail trim configuration on a permanent basis. The boat where frequent sail changes and optimum configuration is the priority. In my way of thinking, a racing boat with crew to man the various trim systems.
For the casual budget minded sailor, the single track for the large sails most often used and a Tweaker or BarberHauler to trim the occasional use of a small foresail that needs additional trim for improved performance. Note that the tweaker can be located in a variety of spots on a boat to make an adjustment in a 3D manner to all sails. They can be formal Snap/Soft Shackle blocks and associated rigging, or they can be a simple line thrown over the jib sheet for a temporary trim modification.
