Considering adapting a PWC jet drive to power my Vega. Hope to
eliminate prop drag and improve control in reverse. Has anyone on the

Considering adapting a PWC jet drive to power my Vega. Hope to
eliminate prop drag and improve control in reverse. Has anyone on the
list have any experience with these things?
-This has to be the best solution for sailcraft, at least being able to
direct the thrust would make complicated marina maneuvers much easier. No
cavitation, quiet, and the ability to direct the line of thrust, these all
seem to go in its' favor. How much do these things weigh? I would like to
hear more about your project.
