Hello, been a while since visiting your site and I need some help. Got a Jeanneau 389 leaving the factory tomorrow headed to my dealer in RI. Unfortunately, I can't afford all the options I would like. A couple being, dodger and bimini (over $6000). What I would like to do for starts is for this year, get just the bimini. Today, I googled it and this site came up and I see that I can order one and install it myself. The price was (I believe) greatly lower than one purchased locally but I have to say I haven't got a price for a bimini alone. My initial ruff measurements I listed for an idea of price were 11ft by 8ft. and priced out less than $1500.00. So please,, any owner out there gone this root? Any bow placement tricks that anyone can offer for a Jeanneau 389 or 379? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
