the poor quality and poor service kind..In a previous post to you I, indicated the problems I am having with, a less than two year old 29090-2000 compact toilet on my 1999 Catalina C-380. I have replace the top valve gasket, which was so deteriorated, that it was falling apart in my hands. That seems to fix my flush problems. However I get standing water in the bowl after each use. From what I can tell it is coming from the discharge side.I sent the defective top valve gasket back with a letter, explaining my two year problems with the toilet. After 3 weeks, and no response, I called the service department. He claim (believe it is a one man service dept.) that he never got my letter. He immediately became obnoxious and defensive, claiming that the toilet was installed incorrectly, without asking for any details. He shouted that he has over 100 calls a day and asked me what I wanted. At that point I just hung up.Two weeks later I got a Joker valve in the mail. Installed the valve. However I still have standing water in the bowel. This toilet did work, with no problems, for the first two months. Do you have any ideas? I am about to rip the whole unit out and send it back to the president of Jabsco.
