Most power boats don't bother carrying an anchor, They zoom from the dock around where ever they want to go and zoom back. The concept of sitting still and anchoring is foreign to them!

This is why I say driving a power boat is like driving a car. Any idiot can do it. Until they realize there isn't a park postion!
