I have noted , lately, that my engine is getting some how oxidation or corrosion, more then normal. I noted that have lot of rust near the altenator, nuts, pulleys, cables and other parts also near the water intercooler. I changed the anode last year. The boat has a small anode in the shaft. Any sugestions or solucions.?

If it is near a water pump, especially the raw water pump, you may need to replace the seals on the pump (if that pump has them).

Another possibility is galvanic problems .Are you connected to the 110v mains continiously? Do you have a galvanic isolator?

No I am not connected all the time in a jetty 110 volts, I connected once a while to charge batteries. What I am thinking is to install another anode next time i will hull out the boat and connect it to the motor. What you think.

If you are not conected to the 110v 24/7 then its probably not due to galvanic problems.
It's good to check the zinc that is attached to your prop shaft. Other then that, may be
you have some water dripping on the engine as Stu Jackson suggested.
