I know the answer to my question is probably somewhere on the forum, but I'll ask it anyway. Who is selling replacement sheeves for our ISOMAT masts? I need new ones at the clew for my outhaul and reefing lines. Thanks! Tim L. (S/V "TIDE")
Tim: Ed has an excellent option. If you pull the existing ones out and take them to a marine supply, they may have something with the same basic specs. What you are really interested in the the sheave diameter and the width. If the overall diameter is close that should be OK.
Ed, Steve, et. al: Called Rig-Rite and after an initial conversation with someone who obviously didn't know what they were talking about, got in touch with one of their rigging experts and in short order determined what boom I've got and ordered the appropriate hardware.
