I should think it would be difficult enough to get around any boat in a wedding dress (let's not forget the bride's maids) let alone one with all kinds of standing and running rigging all over the boat, a boom or two, winches, maybe a dodger, and a small cockpit etc.
You and your intended might prefer a sailboat, but chances are most wedding guests would prefer something like you describe here, especially as few smaller sailboats have quality sound systems.
Now, if I owned, or could afford to rent, something like the schooner America or the Pride of Baltimore, that's a different story.
I do know from experience however, even the 80', 3 masted schooner Pride, in Charleston, can be pretty confining for a wedding party of 49 and 3 to 4 crew, never mind the buffet table and bar.
