I'm confused! If I drag... you lose... if I'm full of B.S.... you still lose. I think you meant to say upwind.
It is biblical.
What I want to know is, what kind of bottom is it good for (Rocky, I presume) and what do you need for scope (1 to 1)?

I don't know about an biblical references... I just know that when I wake up in the morning, I HOPE my boat is where I parked it.
So does my Admiral.
She has her iPad with a Anchor Watch app. She uses the boat's iPad to link to our Raymarine's Anchor Alarm.
Both are put on charge and visible by her head during an anchorage sleep.
I also put on the radar guard zone alarm for the "drifters" or others who approach our anchorage.
So...
I sleep soundly, while she wakes every 2 hours for "anchor watch", anyways.
but...
I still laugh out loud when she goes forward to raise the anchor and I steer and "unhook", then the Alarms start to wake the neighbors.
then..
She has got go below, crawl over the bed and turn off all her alarms.
So they do work.
This does put a positive edge on our "HOPE".
