on the surface. Steve's right, let the surveyor tell you that it is in "good shape". The price seems fair when compared to those on YachtWorld. But it might be a little high when compared to "Blue Book" which you can find on this site's Home page. However there are no 1992s in that list and you do not say what kind of electronics. No moisture anywhere, no blisters, good sails, good outboard, electronics all work, reputable surveyor? Go for it!

Good Deal?

I am about to be back in the market and have been pricing 23.5's. I had a 23.5 and really liked the interior space. Since the 23.5 is a newer design than the 23, my opinion would be that you should take a serious look at the 23.5 for about the same price to $1,000 more. Just a thought. John
