Looks like a very possible candidate to me - and it has an outboard the guy isn't in love with. If it were me, and it came down to this boat being one of the finalists, I would call the owner and explain I was coming a long way and if the boat has spongy decks I will not buy it no matter how far I drove. I would then ask him to honestly give me an assessment - it will save him time as well if he knows this.
