16' 9" actually
The Daysailer is often misnamed the Oday 17, as it is just 3" shy of that LOA. Check this site for details.http://www.daysailer.org/index.phpCheck the classified listings on that site to get a sense of the current prices as well. The DS comes in three models, the I II and III. If you race you will likely want a I, but will also likely pay more. A II is typically less, and can still be raced, but they don't seem to be in as much demand. The III's cannot be raced in class sanctioned races.Once you find out what kind it is, let us know or post more questions about it. This forum is a great resource for all kinds of O'days. I personally owned and sailed a DS II for four years. Great boats!
